Bio

Ms. Canizaro has been in education for 23 years. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Ms. Canizaro taught music to students in grades Pre-K to 5th grade. In her fifth year of teaching music, Ms. Canizaro began teaching math. She taught middle school math until joining the family of St. Joseph Catholic School in 2021. Ms. Canizaro is the Curriculum Director and the Choir director. Ms. Canizaro is also the music minister at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Clinton.

Ms. Canizaro has four children. Her oldest, Savannah, is currently serving our country in the Marine Corps. Her daughter Josie is finishing up at Ole Miss and will soon attend nursing school at UMC. Next in line is Ms. Canizaro's son, Levi. He will attend the University of Louisiana Monroe in the fall. Cade, the caboose, will begin his college studies at Hinds Community College.
