Bio

Steve Pruett is in his 35th year of teaching and coaching in various places in Mississippi. A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, he got his Masters in 1990 from USM. He has taught just about every secondary mathematics class and has coached football, powerlifting, wrestling, golf and girls track. He has also been the sponsor of Mu Alpha Theta and FCA. He is a member of First Baptist Church of Mendenhall where he teaches Discipleship training.
Coach Pruett is married to Delwyn, and they have two sons, Bob and Jacob. Bob is married to Amanda, and they have a daughter named McKinley Clair.
