Bio

Since beginning her teaching tenure at Saint Joe in 2008, Mrs. Luscomb has taught the subjects of Algebra II Honors and Trigonometry/PreCalculus Honors.

This is Mrs. Luscomb's 50th year of teaching high school mathematics. For 33 years, she taught math in public schools in Mississippi: Ed Mayo Junior High School in Moss Point for 1 year, Raleigh High School for 5 years, and Northwest Rankin High school for 27 years. Mrs. Lucsomb has probably taught all math course from grades 8-12 at one time or another, even rare courses such as discrete math and statistics.

Mrs. Luscomb attended universities including The University of Southern Miss. for her Bachelor's degree, The Mississippi University for Women, and William Carey University where she received her Master's degree.

She has taught college courses as well: Dual enrollment College Algebra and trigonometry at Northwest Rankin High School, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, and trigonometry at Hinds Community College, and College Algebra at Belhaven University.

She loves the Lord and serves her church as their pianist/organist.
